How to get a Hot body

Hunk,,0 degree hip,mermaid shape,Hot structure have met these words in dreams, come on lets make them. Wanna fascinate others in the beach party,night clubs with your and curvy garments. Just 3 words,do these as routine proper Food habits, Discipline and Exercise!



Newton's 3rd law of motion: For every food you intake have a certain output. Avoid junk food like pizza's, burger etc,. Try to take fruits mostly don't go for fruit juice because more content go out with waste.

  • Go Green, take veggie's as much as you can. Eat veggie's which has more color like carrot, spinach, kale, tomatoes, broccoli, beets.
  • Difficult to eat just mix with hummus, oats, yogurt etc,. Make your own .   
  • Don't ever starve yourself then you will start losing weight because your metabolism goes slow and reduce.
  • Try to eat 3-4 mini meals a day.
  • "Eat up to size of your face". Your food quantity should be equal to your face size. 
No substitute for Water: Best universal liquid is Water. Juice and soda has lots of calories but "zero calories"sodas are available but to make your body tip-top shape, drink plenty of water.

  • Try to drink 3-4 liters of water per day. Most of your toxins wiped out by water.
  • Don't forget to take water in morning and afternoon.
  • Avoid and wine as much as you can its difficult rite?! Just have a try, nothing is impossible.
  • Beer have 1500 calories per bottle, it helps to grow belly until you workout. Beer contains high barley and yeast.
Have a deep sleep: After a beast workout, eating like barbarians, but no sleep!! then its a waste of time. Have plenty of sleep. Sleep makes your muscles to grow, when it grows it takes fat out from your body.
  • Best sleeping time is 10pm-4am. Make your dinner quick before 9pm, have a short walk then after 1hr rush to your bed.
  • Late night sleep will make your next day a dull one and you will become weak.
  • Doing things at first and as days goes forgetting your diet and workouts will ruin your conscientious and time.
  • When ever your depressed or not motivated, just look for a video or song which you. Rome was not build in a day.
Walking is Best exercise: Do cardio, walk 30 mins a day at least an hour is best. Early morning jogging is essential than evening because of fresh air in morning session. 
  • Running in seashore or smooth surface is good for your knee's. 
  • If you can't run for a long time gradually reduce your speed jog slowly then walk for a while then start running, Stretch before and after workouts.
  • Don't drink too much of water when you jog.
 Its Clobberin Time: Mentally you should prepare 1st then show it physically. Heavy workouts!, later getting sprain, by the way we don't need that now. Focus on arms, belly, legs. Routine workouts are essential.

  • Go with your top part 1st, mostly people don't concentrate on neck exercises. For guys if your neck is wide and long enough then you are hottest among all. Up down left right, twist your head make your neck tight.
  • Push-up for guy and girls is important, result to curvy shape chest. Try to take 30 or 40 push-up per day. How long you stretch while you do push-ups gives you a broad chest. Regularly do then Girls/Guys wagging behind you people.
  • Now Abdomen part, Crunches 30 reps per day gives good results. Push your body through abs not from your back, try to make contact between your forehead and knee, fall back gradually don't bounce from surface. Don't drink water before doing crunches.
  • Leg raise, laid down flat, raise both your legs and it shouldn't touch each other, lift up to 90 degree then slowly return to position. 25 reps per day is good.   
  • Sit-ups, upright your backbone be straight, raise your hands forward or fold your hands (left fingers holding right arm and vise verse). 30 reps per day is essential, if you have pain in backbone while doing, please don't do this.
  • Even more stretch your body by doing Yoga's like cobra, triangle position etc,.
